Meet Stephen Dudley, PAC’s Technical Director of Building Integration, who brings enthusiastic expertise to our e-Mobility & Electrification team. With a hands-on approach and a passion for innovation, Stephen is at the forefront of our EV mobility projects, overseeing every detail from strategic planning to seamless project execution. His role? To guide cross-functional teams, develop groundbreaking designs, and ensure every project meets the high standards PAC is known for. What he loves most about PAC? “The team spirit and forward-thinking culture make every project feel like a shared win.”
Recently, Stephen made an impact on a battery manufacturer project in Canada, where his strategic insights helped trim 12 weeks off the schedule and saved over $10 million in Capex. He also took on a leadership role with a new EV manufacturer’s automotive supplier park in the MENA region, implementing hundreds of design improvements across five facilities—efforts that earned glowing recognition from a new EV manufacturer’s top management.
When he’s not driving innovation at work, Stephen’s staying active at home, keeping up with his three kids, renovating his new house, or hitting the slopes for a ski session. A die-hard Stoke City FC fan, he’s seen his fair share of ups and downs (but mostly downs!).
