Meet Thomas Stanley, PAC’s Global Director of HSE and PAC365, who has been bringing his expertise in health and safety to PAC for over two years. As the driving force behind PAC365—our dedicated division for HSE, machine safety, and certification—Thomas supports clients across the globe in meeting stringent safety and compliance standards. From OSHA and CE to ATEX and UL, Thomas ensures that PAC’s multi-million-dollar portfolio aligns with complex regulatory frameworks and best practices, helping clients enhance their safety culture and operational resilience.
Thomas’s recent achievement is nothing short of impressive. Leading PAC365’s first project in Northern Europe, he assembled a diverse team to tackle machine safety, CE certification, and regulatory compliance for a major client. His team’s efforts helped the facility meet HSE standards, avoid prohibition notices, and secure compliance with machine directives, allowing for self-certification in CE marking. Over 12 months, they improved safety performance and implemented processes that substantially reduced accident risks, showcasing the value of PAC365.
Outside of work, Thomas is a dedicated family man, committed to raising awareness for ADHD and Autism, especially in support of his youngest daughter. Known as the proud “dance dad” to two talented daughters, Thomas is often seen cheering them on (and sometimes even showing off his moonwalk). He’s an off-road motorbike enthusiast who, when not tackling British mud, enjoys unwinding with friends and family. His advice to others? “Push your limits; greatness follows hard work.” Thomas’s dedication and leadership continue to make a remarkable impact at PAC!
