We are excited to welcome back Bruno Perrotta as our new Regional Director of South America Operations! After an exciting five years in the U.S., Bruno worked in senior leadership roles at some of our biggest competitors from India, including L&T Technology Services (US$1.2B in revenue and 24,000+ employees) and Hinduja Tech. Bruno, who started his career at PAC Brazil in 2007 and was with us for 12 years, returns to the PAC Group family with fresh perspectives on next-generation technologies, industry trends, and large-scale engineering and digital services.
With his previous experience as PAC’s General Manager of South America Operations and his 16 years of automotive industry expertise, Bruno has also worked in the oil and gas sector. There, he sold and managed projects in the engineering and digital services domain, generating over US$5M/year in annual revenues with a team of 30+ engineers.
At PAC, Bruno will lead our operations in Brazil under VP Ricardo Perrotta, collaborating with the U.S. Business Development team and reporting to Henrique Costardi. His primary focus will be to advance our Nearshoring strategy, leveraging Brazilian talent while growing and managing the local business. Bruno’s valuable insights and experience will be instrumental in supporting PAC’s global growth and achieving our strategic goals.
Bruno’s extensive business development experience includes his time as Senior BDM at Amphenol (a large automotive and industrial Tier-1 supplier), where he increased annual revenue from US$2.1M to US$15M in less than three years by selling cable assemblies to major clients like Ford, Lear, Yazaki, and Panasonic. His expertise spans business strategy, business development, project management, and product development.
Outside of work, Bruno is passionate about his family and enjoys the precision, top-level engineering, and thrilling action of motor racing.
