Welcoming Colin: Director of Manufacturing Engineering – Battery Team

We are excited to welcome Colin Sulley as our new Director of Manufacturing Engineering for the Battery Team! Colin brings with him over 25 years of experience in the FMCG sector, excelling in both Project Engineering and Project Management roles. He has a proven track record of leading multi-million-dollar transformation projects and developing key stakeholder relationships. Colin’s expertise spans a wide array of specialties including technology strategy, process optimization, risk assessments, and cost management. His leadership in international capital investment projects and technical consultancy within the Li-Ion cell manufacturing industry makes him a valuable asset to our growing team.

At PAC, Colin will be leading our Battery Team’s Manufacturing Engineering services, focusing on process and facility design to optimize efficiency and throughput. His deep knowledge in specifying and procuring equipment will ensure our clients receive the most effective solutions to meet their needs.

Colin’s extensive project experience includes managing high-stakes projects for notable clients such as LB Foster, where he led a £1.8M project for a nuclear power station simulation center, and Britishvolt, where he played a key role in developing manufacturing concepts for electrode production. He has also provided consultancy services to the UK Battery Industrialisation Centre, helping optimize the facility’s design and processes.

Outside of work, Colin has a passion for continuous improvement and fostering collaboration across teams. We are thrilled to have him on board and look forward to his leadership in driving the success of PAC’s Battery Team.
