With over 20 years of expertise in the automotive and battery manufacturing sectors, Stéphane has spearheaded major industrial CAPEX projects and infrastructure initiatives across Europe, Asia, and beyond. His portfolio includes pivotal roles with some of the most prominent names in the automotive and battery industry—managing complex builds, global site developments, and integrating advanced process systems into world-class facilities. From cutting-edge Gigafactory conversions in Sweden to high-impact automotive programs in Russia, India, France, and the UK, Stéphane brings unmatched cross-cultural insight, technical expertise, and client-focused leadership. His command of industrial construction and deep understanding of both process and building integration make him a powerful addition to our global team.
Stéphane will serve as the global Center of Excellence Director for Battery, where he will help shape strategic project execution, mentor talent, and reinforce our standard of excellence across regions.
