We are excited to announce the launch of a new service offering – PAC Industrial Services – designed to support automotive OEMs and suppliers as they enter and operate in emerging markets, initially in Saudi Arabia. Through our local Saudi partner, Himmah, we will capitalize on our experienced team from PAC South Africa for technical oversight while collaborating with other regional partners who contribute valuable subject matter expertise, cost effective resources, localization within Saudi and related project references.
The new service line is Integrated Maintenance and Facilities Management. Our core objectives include:
- Enhanced Operational Reliability: Providing integrated maintenance solutions for optimal manufacturing performance.
- Soft Landing in Emerging Markets: Facilitating clients’ entry into local markets by navigating regulatory challenges and supply chains. PAC serves as a local resource base to simplify operations and to allow clients to focus on their core businesses instead, leaving this non-core work to PAC. Furthermore, KSA does not yet have such infrastructure for new investors in place. PAC is capitalizing on this unique opportunity to set a footprint and reputation in place here.
- Cost-Effective Solutions: Sharing costs across clients through economies of scale as we target Supplier Park locations to minimize expenses while maintaining high service quality. Our partner, Himmah, is a developer of Industrial Parks in KSA.

Our Partner and Team
We are proud to partner with Himmah, established in 2003, operating across sectors including project development, real estate, and logistics. Himmah’s extensive experience and dynamic approach position it as a cornerstone in Saudi Arabia’s industrial and logistics sectors, enhancing our service delivery and helping clients navigate local market complexities. Himmah oversees and manages an industrial area within the King Abdullah Economic City, KSA, where a lot of our potential clients will be setting up their facilities.
To successfully launch and support these services, the initiative is led by Reenen Teubes, with Phil Johnston and Richard Swando as Service Line Executives.
Reenen is the newly-appointed PAC Director of Maintenance Services with over 25 years of experience in global project management and operational leadership. He holds a B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering, a Diploma in Project Management, and a Master of Business Leadership. At PAC South Africa, he has led operations in Automotive, Defense, and Agriculture. Previously, as Chief Operations Officer at Denel Land Systems, he managed military projects and international operations in the Middle East and Far East, with a focus on vehicle support in the UAE. Reenen has worked across multiple countries, highlighting his expertise in managing complex global projects.
