Stephen Green, Director of e-Mobility and Electrification, and Shah Firoozi, PAC Group COO and co-founder, recently represented PAC at the Excellence in Construction Design + Engineering of Battery Gigafactories for North America conference, held from May 22-24, 2024, in Atlanta. Their presentation, “Flawless Commissioning and Start-Up Through Successful Integration and Management of Production Equipment Suppliers,” highlighted PAC’s expertise in supporting US clients as they source production equipment from China. Stephen underscored the critical challenges of equipment certification, the complexities of supply chain communication, and the importance of skilled management in ensuring seamless integration into US facilities. Drawing on PAC’s 30 years of experience working with Chinese equipment builders, he shared key lessons and solutions to help battery producers overcome these hurdles.
Reflecting on the event, Stephen emphasized the value of presenting to a focused audience, calling it an efficient lead generation opportunity and a powerful way to showcase PAC’s capabilities to key stakeholders in the battery manufacturing industry.
