EV Supplier Park Integration – MENA Region
PAC supported a new EV OEM in the MENA region by optimizing the launch of five supplier park facilities. With embedded teams across engineering, safety, and logistics, PAC implemented hundreds of technical design improvements—earning praise from top client leadership and setting the tone for future phases.
Battery Facility Power Optimization – Saudi Arabia
As the owner’s representative for a multi-billion-dollar battery supplier park, PAC led value engineering efforts that cut power demand by 37%, saving $12M in CapEx. The integration of adiabatic cooling systems and facility-wide energy reviews created a more sustainable and cost-efficient operation.
E-Motor Study for Global OEM
PAC conducted an end-to-end e-motor feasibility study, including layout planning, process simulation, and supplier assessment for a global automotive OEM. Deliverables included a market inquiry package, throughput analysis, and detailed RFQ documentation to support expansion strategy.
Greenfield Battery Pack Manufacturing Facility

With over 20 years of global experience in automotive and battery manufacturing, Stéphane Blondeau-Schwab leads PAC’s Battery Center of Excellence. He has managed major industrial projects and gigafactory builds across Europe and Asia, bringing deep expertise in process integration, construction, and cross-regional leadership. Now serving as our Battery COE Director and Senior Director of Construction, Stéphane is driving PAC’s next chapter of battery innovation, strategic execution, and global collaboration.
