Project Case Studies

Automatic License Plate Reader Program (ALPR)

PAC led the rollout of an enterprise-wide ALPR security system across multiple manufacturing and logistics sites. The project included vendor management, site assessments, system integration, and installation oversight. The program improved visibility of inbound/outbound vehicles and reduced unauthorized site access—supporting both logistics security and compliance. 

Remote Gate Management Program

This program modernized gate access control across client sites by centralizing remote monitoring and vehicle check-in systems. PAC provided design, vendor coordination, and implementation oversight, helping reduce on-site personnel costs and increasing operational uptime, while also improving driver experience and traffic flow. 

Truck Yard Improvements

PAC developed and executed comprehensive yard infrastructure improvements for a major e-commerce logistics network. Enhancements included pavement repair, striping, signage, lighting upgrades, and guard shack rehabs, all delivered with minimal operational disruption. The result was a safer, more efficient yard environment that met both safety and branding standards. 

Canada Gigafactory Project

PAC played a critical role in supporting the Canadian Gigafactory Project’s planning and early delivery phases in Canada, integrating equipment suppliers and ensuring compliance with Canadian safety regulations and utility standards.

PAC helped streamline communication between global suppliers and local teams, contributing to accelerated project timelines and millions in CapEx savings. 

Automotive Supplier Project |PAC Saudi Arabia

PAC was engaged early as the owner’s representative on a multi-billion-dollar automotive supplier park project in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Tasked with improving operational efficiency and sustainability, PAC led a value engineering initiative focused on optimizing power demand through advanced cooling and energy distribution strategies. 

By implementing adiabatic cooling technology and redesigning the facility’s energy layout, PAC reduced the total power requirement from 101 MVA to 64 MVA—a 37% reduction. This resulted in  immediate $12 million CAPEX savings alongside long-term OPEX reductions. The project highlights PAC’s ability to deliver measurable cost and energy benefits through early engagement and strategic infrastructure planning. 

E-Commerce Giant’s Global IOQ Program (Installation, Operational + Performance Qualification)

To streamline qualification and reduce post-launch risk, PAC executed a standardized IOQ methodology across global projects for an E-Commerce Giant. Our project teams oversaw vendor coordination, compliance reviews, and infrastructure validation from design through closeout. The result? Fewer startup delays, smarter asset commissioning, and $150K–$500K in CapEx savings per site—delivered with speed and repeatability.
