Xiong Pei Lu joined PAC in 2003 as Vice President for China Sourcing Services. He is responsible for the development, assessment and quality delivery of components by Chinese suppliers to the world automotive market.
He has over 37 years of experience in the automotive industry, with primary focus on Supplier Quality and Development Engineering, facilities investments, and engineering/commercial negotiations.
Prior to joining PAC, Mr. Xiong was President of Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation (SAIC) in North America, where he had responsibility for providing parts and components to OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers from SAIC Group component suppliers. As company General Manager and Plant Executive Director for SAIC in China, Mr. Xiong’s principal projects involved work on the Shanghai Volkswagen and Shanghai General Motors joint ventures.
Mr. Xiong holds a Bachelor of Dynamic Machinery Engineering degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in China. He is fluent in Mandarin and English languages.
