Victor Deng

Since 1998, Mr. Deng has been an integral force within PAC’s China operations to build and develop our client base and talented staff members. His responsibilities have included contract administration, personnel matters, marketing, governmental liaison, supplier management, event coordination, negotiations, purchasing and facility management.

In his current role as Vice President for PAC’s LiuZhou Operations, Mr. Deng oversees the LiuZhou operations with responsibility for all business activities PAC is performing for our clients in LiuZhou, client relations, commercial matters, proposal negotiations and expansion strategy.

He is fluent in Mandarin and English languages.
