Ung-Il Ko

Mr. Ung-Il Ko joined PAC in 2005 as Group Vice President for Manufacturing Engineering Services. He has 31 years of experience in the automotive industry, including as Executive Managing Director of Daewoo Group in Korea.

Mr. Ko's areas of expertise encompass Engine, Transaxle, Press, Welding, Paint, TCF Assembly and Truck. Project assignments have included work in Korea, China, Japan, India, Vietnam, Romania, Germany, Russia, USA, northern Africa and the Middle East.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Engineering from Seoul National University. Mr. Ko has the unique background of having studied automotive technology in Germany; applied the technology in North America; and managed/operated automotive programs in Japan.

Mr. Ko's responsibilities include the overall management of PAC's global Manufacturing Engineering group, inclusive of sales and delivery of technical services. He is fluent in the Korean language, with working knowledge of English.
