Dr. Firoozi founded The PAC Group in 1985. He is a multifaceted technical expert with a Professional Engineering registration and Law degree. With 30 years of experience in successfully interpreting complex client requirements in a competitive, international business environment, Dr. Firoozi has expanded and diversified PAC’s services, markets and industries.

Although he founded PAC in the United States, China has been his base of operation since 1997. He has been the visionary who has developed the company into a multi-million dollar service firm. Projects he has led have been diversified ~ ranging from Foreign Direct Investment attraction programs to billion dollar Manufacturing Facility Construction & Launch programs. He has been featured in many industry and regional publications; and has been a speaker at a variety of conferences in the United States, China, Germany, Australia, S. Korea and in Brazil.
