Mr. Roelofs has 25 years of experience in product development, manufacturing engineering, and project and program management. He has extensive experience in the development and implementation of enterprise-wide program efficiency and improvement programs, and has been a successful coach to many manufacturers in Lean Implementation, Business Plan Deployment and Team Development. He is a skilled trainer in Project Management Methodology, Continuous Improvement, Leadership Development and Lean Methodologies. Has trained over 1,000 professionals in US, UK, Australia, S. Korea, Egypt, China and Germany.

His expertise in the Enterprise Development arena has resulted in successful turnarounds for globally active small-, medium- and large-sized companies. Additionally, he will be a featured speaker at the 7th Knowledge Economy Forum sponsored by The World Bank, from June 17-19, 2008 in Italy; during a session on Clusters and Integrating Small- and Medium-Sized Enterprises in the Global Supply Chain.

He holds an Automotive Engineering degree from Apeldoorn Technical University in the Netherlands. He is fluent in Dutch, English and German languages. He has been with PAC since 1994.
