Mr. Choe joined PAC in 2006, bringing over 30 years of experience in vehicle development. Prior to joining PAC, he served as Executive Managing Director for Daewoo Bus, where he had responsibility for the Hidecker Express Bus and the New City Bus. Prior to this assignment, Mr. Choe was Managing Director for Daewoo Motor, where he was involved in product strategy, product programs, and also vehicle development for major and minor model changes for small, sub-compact, intermediate, and midsize cars and MPVs. Furthermore, Mr. Choe dedicated two years as Managing Director at Daewoo in the area of Engine and Manual Transmission development. One of his crowning achievements, however, was in serving as Director and Program Manager for the Matiz (small world car) on its development from product concept to final production. He was awarded the “Stone Tower Order of Industrial Service Merit” from the Korean government for his work on this important program.

Mr. Choe studied at the General Motors Institute in the United States on a one-year fellowship program. In addition, he holds a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Yonsei University in Korea.
Under Mr. Choe’s leadership, PAC's Vehicle Development Consulting Services are aimed at providing high-end, front-end consulting for complex Vehicle Product Development programs; involving an integration role from Product Planning through to key senior product engineering roles for new age OEM’s. This service area advises companies on quickly determining any shortfall within their current process and implementing recommended changes. He is fluent in Korean and English languages.
