Ms. Firoozi founded The PAC Group with her business partner in 1985. She serves as Executive Vice President and Global Strategy Board Member to PAC. She currently dedicates her focus to the company's Asia/Pacific objectives. Her leadership in developing PAC's organization, personnel and fast-paced environment within the China operations has been instrumental to the successful growth of that operation; now topping 100 professionals.

Ms. Firoozi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Western Michigan University. She has served in a variety of key roles with the Project Management Institute (PMI). Ms. Firoozi is an avid community leader, working as a volunteer to organizations in her adopted country of China.
