Mr. McPhee joined PAC in 2001 with over 27 years of experience in international markets.  Currently he serves as Managing Director for PAC’s Australia Operations, where he has bottom line responsibility for operational success, business development and project delivery quality.  He also holds the title of Group Vice President of Business Planning for PAC on an enterprise-wide basis.  In this role, he is responsible for the integration of PAC’s strategic business units.

He has strong experience in operational and strategic planning, manufacturing design and engineering, lean manufacturing principles, supply chain management, business/process change management, and development of program/project management office implementations. 

Mr. McPhee has been deployed on projects in Australia, Japan, Taiwan, Indonesia, Honk Kong, China, Singapore, Thailand, Egypt, India, Malaysia, Iran, UK and the United States for clients such as Holden, General Motors, Nissan, Ford, Mitsubishi, Toyota, SAIC China, SGMW China, Ernst & Young, Hewlett-Packard, Agilent Technologies, BP Burma Castrol, Chery Automotive, DaimlerChrysler, Thales, European Union, the Government of Egypt, and the Indonesian Government.

He holds an Associate Diploma of Engineering (Manufacturing), as well as a Graduate Diploma of Computer-Aided Design and Computer-Aided Manufacturing. Holds a directorship with the Society of Automotive Engineers Australasia (SAE), a member of the CEO Institute and  the Australian Institute of Management (AIM).
