Joining PAC Brazil in 2002, Mr. Novio has been responsible for sales, project development, contract administration and human resource functions within the Product Development (EDGE) Center of Excellence.

Other postings prior to coming on board with PAC included Scania do Brasil and Karina Plasticos. During his more than 20 years of professional experience, Mr. Novio has built a strong network of contacts and customers within the automotive industry.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Marketing from the Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing ESPM-SP. In addition to his native Portuguese, he also speaks Spanish and English.
