Frank Chou

Mr. Chou joined PAC China in 2007, after a distinguished career of over 20 years at General Motors. His wide-ranging responsibilities at GM included serving as Board Member of Jinbei GM / SGMW and GM (China) Investment Co. He served in roles such as Director of Business Development & Planning for GM China, Manager of China Business Coordination and Vehicle Sales Manager, and Manager / Director of Business Development for GM in Beijing, Guangzhou and Shanghai.

Mr. Chou graduated from Chun Yuan University of Science and Technology, and attended graduate studies at Illinois Institute of Technology. He has a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering.

He is charged with responsibility to develop customer relations & program engagements for PAC in China. Mr. Chou speaks English and Mandarin fluently.
