Supply Chain Monitoring Services

PAC’s Supply Chain liaison engineers act as the eyes and ears of the Customer to validate their Supplier’s status, ensure common processes throughout a supply chain, and alert the Customer regarding any potential impacts to achieving facility or production readiness on time and with the desired quality.

During Production Start-up, our aim is to identify issues before they occur, by actively assessing site plans, production plans and schedules, reviewing integration plans, observing manufacturing and quality practices, ensuring Customer expectations are clearly understood by the Supplier, analyzing the down-stream systems readiness and timing, facilitating open communication between the supplier and the Customer, and documenting observations. For this work, we deploy seasoned specialists with strong experience in processes such as APQP, PPAP, Run-at-Rate, PSW, and Capability Studies. PAC has a robust team of equipment installation & run-off and prototype support associates.

During Production, PAC’s engineers provide rapid action to address unexpected concerns at the Supplier location; infusing short- and long-term problem-solving know-how to quickly break through production obstacles, and to provide permanent corrective actions to avoid recurrence of costly errors. Our experts are trained/certified in all the Lean tools to ensure rapid closure of the issues, and they have years of experience in effectively addressing containment issues.
